Any promotional offer must be submitted to Session Box at least two weeks before the event date. Session Box will review it upon receipt and communicate approval as soon as the review is complete.
Ticket allocation percentages describe where the offer is displayed, not guaranteed leads, redemptions, sales or unique people reached. The attendance target is 100–150; actual activity is reported where the ticketing system can track it.
The PHP 5,000 tier is limited to one Featured Event Partner. Availability and all placements must be confirmed by Session Box. Artist mentions require artist agreement. This signed sponsor request does not reserve a package or establish organizer acceptance by itself.
For the Featured Event Partner, once a defined Vibe City package, price and terms are presented, the partner has five business days to accept before wider outreach. Vibe City sponsorship is a separate paid commitment. Establishment shortlisting is priority consideration, not guaranteed selection; venue fit, availability and season requirements apply.
Payment status is the representative's declaration, subject to organizer verification. No payment is processed on this page. Event date, placement schedule, payment instructions and cancellation/refund terms must be agreed in writing with Session Box before payment; no unlisted refund or cancellation terms are imposed here.

Any ticket-buyer contact handoff at the Featured tier is limited to buyers who specifically opted in to event-partner promotions, delivered one month after the event.
